Levaithen and Behemoth are the best bets. Monsterously large beasts, reptilian in nature, one that swam in the seas and one that lived in the desert. They were never called dinosaurs by name, but the term dinosaur didn't exist until long after the bible. There are no modern day animals that match their description, but there are a few dinosaurs that do.

I'm not really sure if it exactly mentions them. But I've heard that the extinction of dinosaurs came about when God created the flood and Noah built the ark. The dinosaurs were not one of the chosen animals.
