Decrease your intake of low-GI foods (such as white bread, refined sugars and white rice), and increase your intake of vegetables and fruits, raw whenever possible. You will have to also set up an exercise regime incorporating cardiovascular exercise of some sort (e.g. running, swimming, aerobics). Stay away from weight loss tablets, most of them have side-effects, and you risk putting the weight right back on if you stop them.
