Why one should / Should not join Reliance Communication ?

Dear Friends, This issue is related to Engineers (IT / CS) in India. When we look around and try to compare with others companies keeping several parameters in mind we come to a point where we ask ourselves that we should join this company or not. Here are some of the point which I felt working in this company which will help you in taking decision to join this company or not :- 1.) Never Join this company as Freshers. 2.) Pay scale is very-very low at freshers level as compared to other companies. 3.) Engineers Never join for Operational Work. 4.) There is absolutely no growth in Operations. 5.) Lot of politics and regionalism is there which will prevent you to rise in that department. 6.) There is no Quality work for Engineers. 7.) Hardly there is anyone who will value your talent and Quality of work you have done/are doing.. 8.) They will ask you to work more hours for which you will not be paid... If you want to join Reliance Communication then join at the Managerial Post. 1.) They Offer very good Pay-Package. 2.) No work 3.) Lot of facility And many other things I am not aware of.... So I would request you to pass this message to the Engineers so that they don't get cheated and help themselves build better career. I also request you add the advantages and disadvantages so that people think before joining this company and One should not join Company because brand name of Reliance. Dear Friend never try to evaluate on brand name. Try to find the detail....
