Someone's IQ is Not most important thing to get success in Business

my friend of mine told me that someone's IQ is not important thing to reach success in business. He is only graduated from elementary school. Now he is a rich and success person in my neighborhood. he said that IQ factor only 6% or max 20% the rest is Emotional Intellegent (EQ).
what do you think? what is EQ?

I think EQ is more important than IQ int getting success in business. If you want to do some scientific research,I think the key factor is IQ, while it is not the case in business. In business,it needs to exchange with many kinds of people,and coorperate with other people. The relationship among you and your collaborators determines the consequence. It needs high EQ to deal with complicated relationships. of course,the IQ is still important while it's role is not so key than EQ.
