who's your favourite 80's singer?

Depeche Mode is my most favorite but I also like the Cure, the Smiths, Morrisey, Psychodelic Furrs, Echo and the Bunnymen and Til Tuesday a whole lot as well.

my favoutis are U2 Queen, and David Bowie

yeah! i have always loved new wave bands & the songs. the smiths, stone roses, depeche mode, cocteau twins,ebtg, portishead, new order. they are the coolest thing ever! they are real music to the ears. i also adore the soothing voice of enya. her voice, her songs...awesome. the more i go gaga w/ indie pop, ambient, shoegaze, tweepop, new age genres now. club 8, acid house, moose. listening to them is heaven!

i began to listen to dM in the beginning of the 80's and i never stopped :) . A great band. Dave is really 'the voice' of depeche mode. He make the stage alive during their world tour as nobody does.... But I prefer martin.
