Hi guys, today is the world where you work hard for 10-14 hrs a day. We get tired, but no longer you get hike in salary or incentives.

i guess we have to love our work first in order to appreciate it and then think about incentives or pay raises. such things do come naturally if were good at our work and we can only be good at our work if we love our work.
