It looks very confusing to fund and withdraw money through e-gold. Our local egold exchange companies say, they won't transact the amount if it is less than $1000 . In case of that how to withdraw if it is something less than $100..?

Geez, that'll be a very long time to save $1,000. Here are my suggestions:
1. You can find any local exchanger which accept smaller amount of e-gold.
2. If you dont find them, you can opt to use international e-gold exchanger which usually issues reloadable debit cards and can be used in ATM. There's a good discussion abou e-gold, put e-gold in search bar, you'll find some great infos.
