Statistics says that skyscrapers is the main reason for earthquakesand other effects! shouls there be a limitations for such tall ,giant buildings!

i feel u guys misunderstand the topic!i 'm convisting the buildings which are built without govt rules! And the problem is not on the buildings buildings in correct procedures!
