to exercise. I'm so busy with work, college and 4 kids to raise that I rarely have the free time to exercise. Generally I get on here and post a little here and there during work breaks, which is about the only spare time I have. The minute work is done it's my kids, my college classes and I have to squeeze in a few hours of sleep. Any tips on how I can still lose weight without any crazy or dangerous diets?

There is a weight watchers core diet that I just found out about. You can eat all you want of meats, fruits, vegetables, and there is a whole list of other things. You only have to count points on sauces and other non-core items. My mom's friend lost 7 pounds last week on it. Also another idea is to make a healthy dinner and make extra so that you can take it for lunch. Pack it the night before so all you have to do is grab it on your way out. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park farther away from stores so that you have to walk. My fiance has lost 100 pounds and I've lost 25 pounds - by doing 20 minutes of cardio a day (he is more hardcore than me). Also we started buying carb control bread, yogart, noodles or whatever else we could with reduced carbs (not atkins in anyway - we just bought healthier items).

Those are all excellent ideas. Thanks for sharing them with me! I've been trying different ways to lose weight for years and recently just started a plan to reduce my daily calorie intake by about 200 calories and add a minimum of 15 minutes of exercise to each day. I've been quite successful so far, losing 18 pounds in about 4 weeks.
