what is ur favourite dish

I too love Mutton Biryani. It ios basically a Mughal dish and the Muslim Cooks are experts in preparing this dish. though the ingradients as mentioned are basically rice, Goat meat and spices, the process and the spices used vary from place to place. Thus Boiryani from Hyderabad tastes different from Biryani from Lucknow. The Biryani at calcutta tastes different from the Biryani from Kerala. We used to have a Muslim family from Kerala as our Neghborours and the lady used to prepare such anice Biryani, that I never tasted such anice Biryani till the date. And I don't think I can taste such Biryni in future too as the noble lady left for heavenly abode. When asked she explained that the preparation of Biryani requires a secial skill. While preparing Biryani various types of dry spices like Cardimon, Cinomenon, Cloves,Nut megs, Nut Meg flowers, Lichen , Tej Patta etc are used, to gether with raw spices like Ginger, Onions, Garlic, Corriender leaves, green Chillies etc with red Chilles to prepare a pasty Curry in good amount of Oil and Ghee. Then a layer of soaked Basmati rice is placed at the bottom of a proper sized vessl and on this then a layer of curry is palced then again this is covered by one more layer of soaked rice and them another layer of Curry. Such layers are made till all the rice and curry is arranged in the vessel and then the whole thing is cooked under a low flame by sealing the vessel with a lid and wheat dough is used as a sealant. You can have the aroma of Biryani when its getting cooked ! Trying the Biryani only can explain how tasty and satisfying this dish is ! Belive me Eating it is the only way of believing its taste and relishing it ! Thats the reason why Biryani the Indian dish is famous throughout the world !
