I love this soup and I'll like to share the recipe with you: Ingredients: 1/2 a medium size chicken, remove skin and cut into pieces; 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut; 2 large carrots, cut; 1 small onion, halved, 1 tomato, 1 comb maize, cut. Fill a medium pot with water and add all ingredients. Bring to boil and switch to low fire. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. You'll get a pot of delicious soup, chinese style, for 3 persons. Adding salt to taste is optional.
