Me 4 times also, i would like to have food much more times but i havent more food in order eating still, have a nice day on mylot!

Generally speaking three times a day .. a light'ish breakfast sometime during the morning ... a light lunch somewhere around 1-2pm .. and then my main meal in the early evening ... But some days I don't eat breakfast so only have two meals .. and then some days I have 5-6 very small 'snack' type meals ... But whatever I do I try and only eat when I am actually hungry ...
