That is one thing i hate if anyone does to me,so naturally even i do not disturb others while sleeping.

Deep sleep - Deep sleep
I don't like to disturb people who are sleeping. Question is would you like it if somebody woke you up from deep sleep? According to Hindu beliefs a person who disturbs people from sleep will be born as a 'BED BUG' in his next life!!!

I usually try to be quiet when my family is sleeping. The only time I wake them up is when I really have to.
