What do you say when you hear someone SNEEZE?

I always say "God Bless You" or "Bless You" when someone sneezes. It's just always been done, and who knows why? i dont say anything

I just say Bless you. If it is my niece and nephew I say Bless you and cover your mouth when you sneeze :)

I usually say "bless you" followed by, "Do you need a tissue."

I say God Bless you

i always say Bless You.

Whenever someone sneezes I say "bless you." When I know I won't offend anyone I will say "God Bless You." It's only polite to say bless you or whatever else people say.
