the worst nightmare I ever had was the nights after my car caught on fire with me and both my small children in it....none of us were hurt, thankfully, but for weeks after I had nightmares about that car burning with my children...I never want to have nightmares like that again!

ya nightmare sometime came from our traumatic woth somethink.. we must solve that trauma!
