Climbing Disaster

The search has been called off for the two remaining hikers on Mnt. Hood in Oregon.The weather was not helpful and the searches did all they could do to find them.The storm completely caught the hikers (and the weather personal) off guard.Should the community start looking to place blame or accept that accidents do happen?

That is the decision reached.Have all options been looked at(I think they have).
