When you were a child did you like to play in the water: like a sprinkler

When I was little we didn't go to the pools that often but I remember going in the "sprinklers" They had something come out also: called the slip and slide..so my mom took off our old shower curtain and we had the water run on that and would run, jump and slide;)+

When we were childen ..we found fun in simple things..I remember after it rain..there was a whole at the end of our driveway..we would go there and splash away in the puddle the rain would create there..Oh, we had so much fun..we didn't think that we looked like pigs..but now that I picture it..we did:)+

I did love playing in the water sprinkler. I would always run back and forth through the sprinkler. It was so fun and one of my enjoyments during the summer as a kid. The slip and slide was great too. These bring back some of the few good childhood memories that i had. Thank you. :-)

I remember those days. we had fun in those days. we would use a hose from the house and springle it on each other. But we would get in trouble because of the high water bill, my Grand-kids even still do it.

Usually we got waterlogged and did not stay in the water long enough..we would begin to shiver and get cold and sunburned..so nature prevented us from producing any noticeable increase in the water bill:)+

some of the best fun my friends and i had as kids was getting my dad to turn on the sprinkler so we could cool off! it would usually start with me and my 2 best friends, and then little by little all the neighborhood kids would join in! even the neighborhood dogs would join us! what fun...thanks for bringing back those good memories!
