what came first, the music or the misery" to play the clip. What came first, the music or the misery? People worry about kids playing with guns, or watching violent videos, that some sort of culture of violence will take them over. Nobody worries about kids listening to thousands, literally thousands of songs about heartbreak, rejection, pain, misery and loss. Did I listen to pop music because I was miserable? Or was I miserable because I listened to pop music?

i think if we just listen to the music but not deep in the lyrics it's doesn't matter,, for example if I listen to Japanese song, i don't get the meaning but i still love the song,, so i yhink the power of the song is on the lyric, parents should control their children from the strong language .. :)

Whatever be your opinion My opinion is that Music is the everlasting medicine for all worries and diseases For we Indians it is also using instead of medicines.Dr Balamuralikrishna has proved scientifically the essence of music in treating serious ailments.

Suffering for love is suffering for a "bigger purpose", so I guess most people take it as "beautiful and heroic", which is a great lie. Suffering is suffering and it sucks. If you take the pop music that was written during the past century and this one, you'll see that at least 3/4 of it is based on love relationships and most of them, unsuccessful. Does art influence life or does life influence art? Are they set apart?
