I am addicted to eat sugar, I go to the kitchen and open the jar and put some sugar in my mouth whenever I am in home. My mom shouts at me for this but I still never gave this up from my childhood.

hi,iam having habit of consumig 90 ml of alcahol every day before dinner.......since 15 years.i can't stop this..but i contacted doctors,its o.k for health and don't increase quantity.like that he told.
