Why do people smoke even if they know its bad for their health ?

It's addiction man! only smokers know how hard it is to stop smoking

I think it's because they started as teenagers because it was rebelious and their friends did and then got addicted, don't know really it doesn't taste nice. I can't smoke as I have asthma but when I was younger that was the reason I tried it.

First they start for style and then when they know it's real bad it's too late for them too quit so they continue with it. It's such a thing that u can't quit easily i myself is addicted to it and i think it's really tough to quit now. I have tried many times to quit but i can do it only for 2-3 monts then i start again.
