Just want to share thoughts about remaining stable "The foundation of stability is looking after my mind - making it peaceful, loving and thoughtful at all times." What do you think about it?

One who has self-awareness will have a stable mind. Whatever kind of job he does, he will have self-confidence. Even if he does nothing, he will be confident and stable.
Most people live without self-awareness. They forget themselves.

True. But the only problem is 'How to achieve it'? Meditation is good choice but the thing is it is not an easy task to control your mind. when I started meditation, even though I close my eyes and sit, various thoughts run through my mind. I can't make my mind think what I want!!
