Same as you, about 8 or more hours. These days I get so sleepy easily.

it depends on whether i have a lot to do, if i have the determination to do it, or if im just plain lazy. i work at home, so my sleeping schedule is quite random, then again i wont be able to call it a schedule if its not in a particular time.lol!
