How do you eat balut?

I love a hot balut! I put salt or vinegar with balut. I eat all except the shell and if the white part is hard. I haven't tried balut adobo style or balut omelettes.

i am sorry. but i don't eat balut. i am a filipino, but i never ate it. i just don't like the way it looks. hope you won't hate me by saying so. i am just a balut non-eater. hehe.
but most of the people i know love balut. they can even eat up to 6 per day. and usually, they eat it with vinegar. i haven't seen anyone yet eating it with salt.

I also eat balot with either vinegar or salt. I couldn't eat balot if there is no salt or vinegar. Haven't heard of balut adobo style and balut omelletes.
