What is the female of rabbit? I get this weird feeling that there isn't a different term for female rabbits. I checked the dictionary and there was nothing there (as far as what female rabbits are called). I think its just rabbit for male and female.

Females are does, males are bucks, babies are kits (but in some literature, they're called pups).

If I remember rightly mu dad used to call them doe's I think that is what he called them....
