What is the best way to approach a girl and ask her out?

I am a shy guy and I am scared to ask a girl out. Scared being rejected. Strange thing is a lot of girls ask me out. What's your advice?

Just say, that you would like to try a new place to go (restaurant by ex) and would like to have some good company and you thought about asking her to go. You wont lose anything by asking, but you might be loosing a lot for not doing it.

Thanks for your advice. Well I wish I can just say it. I am afraid she would just ignore me forever. I don't want to loose a friend.

some girls wont accept the invitation to take her out unless if you really sincere and no bad plans for her.
