Chrstmas Dinner - family dinner on Christmas is often ham with all the trimmings. Good time is had by all most of the time, other times it is family feud
Ham is important for us and not on Christmas eve, but on Christmas day. Turkey is the meat for Thanksgiving so Ham is for Christmas. It is large enough for a crowd which some families are. We find that it makes great sandwiches for later in the day when the cook, Mom, can be more part of the festivities. Many side dishes complement the dinner and desserts are a big deal too.
