I love to swim. I do it as much as i can in the summer. I not only do it for the exercise, but like you said it is so relaxing. The only thing I don't like is when the old guys stare at me in my bikini.

If you care too much for what people say or how they react you will not do much of anything anyway.. wearing swimming suite is acceptable around the world, don't wear a bikini if you think it's out of the norm at the beach you at and just try to enjoy yourself and ignore others, you can't be the only girl on the beach and not everyone will be looking at you all of the time.

I like swimming and I think it's bizarre when people don't kow how to swim. I live in California, so we have tons of places to swim - be it the beach pool, you name it.
How come you don't like being seen in your swimsuit? It's just normal fare when you are swimming - people don't care too much cuz it's not a s*xual environment.
