Hey i seen someone on ebay saying that have a ps3 and they wanted to trade people for an xbox 360. so this person gets the other people to send out the 360 and he never sends out the ps3 is this wrong? can something be done about it? and these people are in different states is it even worth it becuase the cost of court u will lose more let me know what you guys think i want to try and stop this person!!
