Embarrassing moments

Do you remember any embarrassing moments in your life?
Out of the top of my head, I can't remember many, though I'm sure I've had plenty. One time, I was picking out a gift for a friend and I was browsing different shops. I went in into one shop and picked an article that could be a nice gift, but decided to look at other stores. I was walking out of the store and as I step out, sirens started to beep. I completely forgot to put the item back, I was still carrying it in my hand and didn't even notice this! I had no intention of stealing it, so when everyone stared at me, with the store clerk walking over to me, I definitely felt some embarrassment.
What are your stories? Maybe I can remember a few more from my own experiences.

It happened when I was in my junior high school. That was a debate contest. Because of poor preparation, I was nervous and didn't know what I was talking about. Furthermore, I "got stuck" and had nothing in my head for about two minute without saying anything, just standing with a ablush face. I don't know how hard I sat down and dare not to see others' eyes. Therefrom I can't give a lecture in a public place, I think it's almost because of this experience.

Couple of weeks ago during the morning rush to get out of the house to go to work i couldn't find my belt. I ask my wife like ten times, have you seen my belt, help me look. I need my belt to clip my phone. I found it at lunch time. where.....yep I had it on
