Plants to cure illnesses

We in Asia, especially in Indonesia grow plants in our garden sometime to cure illnesses. We take some leaves of the plants and boil a little while and then drink it. You have the same thing in your country?

we call them as herbal medicines.as the garden area has been considerably reduced due to flats and others now we are buying them from shops.They will cure the disease in a better manner than the other medicines.

Yeah, shop medicines are artificial. Herbs plants are more natural.
