Ever Hit Anyone Through Anger?

Sometimes I really want to hit my housemate, he presses all my buttons and gets me really really frustrated, angry and goads me into conflict. I've nearly hit him but no that if I do it would go on my record, I've thrown stuff at him but never actually hit him. Have you ever hit anyone or thrown stuff in anger?

Actually, yes I have. I am not proud of it. But I can say that I have. It was something that was building over a prolonged time. I had been hit several times by this person and hurt emotionally several times. But this one time, I finally snapped and lashed out. Like I said, it is not something I am proud of, but it was the last time that person every hit me again!

I have never lost my cool as to go that far as to hit someone or throw something at them. I did once or twice just throw something, but not at anyone. Yes, I have been very angry. If I get that upset, then I will leave the room to be alone until I calm down.

Yes I have. When I was a teenager who ever picked on me got their butts whooped by me. After the first 3 times of kicking their butts they finally left me alone.(By the way I'm a girl)
