what should i prepare for my job

I have graduated from a college,and my major is Chinese languse and literature,so the positons I can choose are secretary or general manager asistant ,,or just other jobs like those, This may, after I have worked in a private company, I participated in an honor plan,and become a teacher in a middle school in a romate town of XuZhou. Of course,I'm pleased when I know I have become a teacher because I'm always dreaming that,and now it came true. Howerve,I'm worrying about my job when I have finished my service.You know,the service have its deadline---one year.After that,I should find another job such as secretary.
