Attraction and Physical Fitness

One of the best thing that will always keep you in shape and will give you good physical fitness and generate good body attraction is walking and lifting weights. Your walking goal should be around 3-4 miles a day, but not all at one shot. Even a shorter distance will make you feel good and look good. Walking can give you lots of benefits if you do some. One more step that will help your physivcal fitness, yes ofcourse, some weight training my friends. Weight lifting and training will keep your body strong and attractive for the long run, into old age.
