People who are blind from birth or who become blind in infancy do not see in their dreams. They do not retain any visual imagery because it was never acquired/seen/sensed in the first place. But, however, those blinded in childhood, adolescence, young adulthood, or afterwards usually do see in their dreams. Thats because they already had smoe visual imagery till that time which is retained and might just reflect in their dreams, so logically if a guy got blinded in his 20th year then he might still continue to see the same way of dreams even he is 60 years of age!
