Do you believe in Love at first site?

I just always wondered if it was possible other than for just my parents. My dad had asked my mom to marry him on there first day, he had danced with her before there first date, but the first actual date, he asked her to marry him. Their next date, my mom replied with a yes, and now after 26 years, they are still married, and happy. Do you think that this was just a lucky coincidence? or do you think its actually possible for love at first site between a couple?

i do believe but there are other things associated with it also its not necessary to marry the person you love bcoz maybe she does not like you

I dont believe in love at first "sight". Love grows, and lots of different factors need to develop in order for you to love that person-whether it be mutual respect and trust, companionship, kindness, or whatever!
you cannot automatically "love" someone at first sight- you have to work towards it. however, i do feel that we are attracted to someone automatically-whether it be there being, their particular smell (sounds grue some i know!) or other factors. i think theres also a fair amount of lust involved aswell, which gives the illusion of "love".

Good point, it could just be an attracted feeling that seems like love. But is it not possible for someone to fall in love as well as any other thing as being attracted, or liking someone?

Yes, I do. I am in love with a guy that I met 10 years ago. We are not together, but we still see each other. It is the type of relationship where we can just sit in a room and not say anything. All we have to do is look at each other. Our eyes say it all.
