What is the state of Jidiciary in India??? Is it more of a puppet in the hands of politician or it is in its right form

it is not right to say it is the puppet in the hands of politician, judiciary is there and is ok. but when these ppl are in power they misuse it or creates an environment with the help of money so a common man fails to activate his right due financial problems. So there should be some easily available procedure in his hands to avoid such problems.
