I HAVE 1971 HONDA SL70 THAT CAME WITH POINTS/CONDENSER, I INSTALLED LATE MODEL MOTOR THAT HAS 12 VOLT ELECTRONIC IGNITION BUT THE OLD MOTOR IS 6 VOLT WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO CONVERT IT TO THE 12 VOLT SYSTEM ELECTRONIC IGNITION.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to change your distributor and coil.To be sure maybe you can with your local parts store,espesially if you have a CarQuest parts store.These guys know everything about cars and will give you all the info you need.One more thing,Sweetie,You're new so you probably know this,but using all caps is against myLot rules.It's considered yelling at people.Just wanted you to know,so you don't get in any trouble.Welcome to myLot.
