Help... I'm overweight...

I'm 31 years old and I am overweight. I need to lose 10 kilos, can you please suggest a diet so that I can lose the weight fast? Do you know of diets that can help me lose 10 kilos in 1 week or 3 days? How about exercises indoors that can help me?

I try not to eat fatty foods. Also junk foods. And exercise regularly. I try to eat once a day. Full meal that is! I tried Herba Life, I lost about 5 kilos using that. Hope this helps.

What is Herba Life? Is it safe for people with asthma? I am very careful with what I take or drink because I have asthma. I don't like junk foods too but I can't eat once a day, that would kill me. lol! Actually I am having a hard time losing weight since the birth of my baby, and that was two years ago. My problem with exercise is time that is why I want a perfect diet where I can loose weight fast.

You should try pilates, it is a streching exercises that can get rid of your fats. It is an indoor exercise that can also improve your metabolism, and strenghten your abdominal muscles. Most of the time you are lying down at a mat to perform some exercise. I also try this one before and it really works. But you must be very dedicated to achieve great result.

Yes, I am into pilates but the problem is that I don't have time, sometimes I can do it just once a week. Anyway, I'll try my best to set time for this and I hope I'll have the dedication I need to achieve the result I want.
