Best Brownies Recipe

I have always been fascinated with people who know how to bake the perfect brownie recipe. I have tried some recipes when I was still in australia,particularly the recipe at the back label of Nestle cooking chocolate, and so far, comparing with 2 or 3 recipes from the internet that i've tried, the Nestle recipe is the easiest and good so far. My kids love them, but for me, it's still not the gooey, moist brownies i want. Similar to the best brownie i think in the whole world -- the KFC Brownies only available here in the Philippines. I actually sneaked out 4 KFC brownies when I came back from the Philippines to Australia in 2004...good thing, the quarantine officers didn't noticed i got some baked goodies which are banned in OZ!!! So please, if you know a very good brownie recipe,kindly post it here!!! thanks and good day!!! malinesky
