As far as a business prospective goes, it would be better for the insurance company to cover the cost, because that means there is going to be one less birth that they are going to have to cover 9 months down the road. However, I don't believe in abortion in 99.9% of cases, so I hope that insurance companies do not begin coving the cost of abortions.

Hmm this is the second discussion I am responding to where viniyo was the previous, and her answer was the same, except for the first line. I think someone needs minuses. Anywho, as for your question, NO. Not unless the life of the mother is at stake, and then there need to be certain protocols for the doctors to judge by, because these days they can just make it up (making guidelines would be impeding a woman's right to an abortion--man sometimes this country makes me mad). I don't care if this means only the wealthy can have abortions, because no one should have abortions, and I certainly don't need my tax dollars going towards it. My taxes are already going to fuel Planned Parenthood, that's bad enough (they are a non-profit).
