Do you remeber your DREAMS?

I wont be able to recall my dream even though i am sure that i dreamed.Can you recall what your dream was?? Any tips to do so?

I do get dreams and mostly involving myself and doing some superflous things which cannot be real. It is not complete, it stops half way down.
