friends specially in most of the cases parents kill new born girls , why do they all do this why they don't kill boys .Just for dowry .
The practice of dowry abuse is rising in India. The most severe in “bride burning”, the burning of women whose dowries were not considered sufficient by their husband or in-laws. Most of these incidents are reported as accidental burns in the kitchen or are disguised as suicide. It is evident that there exist deep rooted prejudices against women in India. Cultural practices such as the payment of dowry tend to subordinate women in Indian society.
we are in 21century situation and than also it takes place .
what do you say about it can we stop this or not .

the unfortunate thing is all is done by women against women..mostly in all dowry cases mother in law or sister in laws r against the bride. i think if women realize by doing all these bad things they r actually committing crime against women then only it can be stopped.

I live in America, so I cannot speak to the cultural practices of India as a citizen, but the terrible aspects of female infanticide are reality when the males of a village grow up to have no local brides because all female infants were murdered. I've heard about dowry crimes against women, yes, it should be stopped, as should female infanticide.

ya you are right even India is upcoming country in it sector but their are some problems which can not be resolved and feel ashamed for me when some of my friend says to me again one bride killed .
these guy never think that they have not took birth from goat stomach , they take birth from mom which is female girl . just kill those guy's who these such kind of bad work .

What you write is terrible! I knew something about that reading newspaper but I was thinking that it was a very old story of poor countries or area. I cannot beleive that is still happening also in India that is a country that is improving so well and so quickly. Obviously sometime be a female can be difficult also here in Europe but not in a so terrible way!
