How do you get people to read and respond to your discussions

thanks for replying and contributing to my discussion. the avatar like i just said to anything respondent is meant to be eye catching and fun and in no way tries to depict that i'm in fact a big chested cartoon female. my chest is quite big as it my belly these days, sadly but female i most definately aint

i always try to post comments on any responses my own posts get, assuming that i can contribute something to the argument even if its something flippant and/or lighthearted

dont talk rubbish. my avatar will have nothing to do with it. why do you think that people respond like bees round a honeypot to a supposed sexy young girl's post, because they think the avatar might just mean the poster is a sexy young girl. my avatar is eye catching and a bit of fun and i can assure you i'm no sexy young girl.....so maybe if in changed ut to a pic of cameron diaz in her undies i'd get plenty of reads

thanks. i was thinking the same way. i see far too much rubbish being posted and people post on top of it, silly stupid two word and one word responses. but try to start a discussion where someone actually has to READ before replying and you get no replies. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh
