Do you take something to help you sleep at night?

I've tried Lunesta only once because it left a horrible taste in my mouth. I took another one that I forget it's name but it didn't help. A while ago the doctor put me on Seroquel which definitely helps me sleep but I feel icky in the morning. Oh yeah I tried tylenol pm, took two and that night I dreamed I gave birth to spinach so that's out too....

I used to take Ambien and it really helped. Seroquel worked for awhile for me too but then I had reactions to it..It made me all jittery. Another one that did work was called Mellaril. Seroquel and Zyprexa etc. are anti-psychotics where Ambien, Lunesta etc. are specifically for sleeping. I'd ask your doctor about the Mellaril.
