Tarred and feathered for stealing food

Recently a young girl, stole a loaf of bread from a small supermarket. The owner, instead of reprimanding her had her tarred and feathered. There was a couple of men involved in this terrible act. What do you think his punishment should be?

He should be stripped naked,lashed to a big cart wheel in a huge football stadium in full view of thousands of spectators,and have his miserable bottom whipped with a thick highly flexlble cane, after which copious amounts of rough salt should be introduced.

What this man did was totally wrong. He should let her go. Maybe talk to parents. Bread is something that I would not consider steeling if I am store owner.
Secendary tarred and feathered is terrible. He should be punished.

The girl must have been hungry! Stealing is wrong! this man had no right to take the law into his own hands and do this dispicable act on this young girl! He needs to be arrested for child abuse? He should spend time behind bars, what a terrible person he is!!!!!!!
