it is stupid to compare two sports actually.....it is PURELY subjective...for me both are wonderful sports with football more of a spectator sport than cricket....but it is gr8 to play a game of cricket anytime...

cricket is not greater than football when we take as whole. but in som time in som countries (particular atm) cricket is greater
