call center agents

Ive been thinking for the past few weeks. Do we get a good life there? (Being call center agents, i mean). they say it's a good pay. how about the job?

i do not think it is a good job, what they pay is nothing compared to what you are putting in, i've seen people who work there lost apetite and weight and become very unhealthy.

I think it does not matter what Job you go to it is what you make of the Job and if you go into a Job knowing you are not going to like it and you don't really want to do it then you will not enjoy it But I think a call centre job could be quite interresting

well it depends on ur process... cud be inbound customer care, inbound tech support, outbound sales or outbound collections the job is to pick up a call and answer the query/ resolve the problem for the user.
