What do you think quality education is?

Every person, when he/she enters the college, he/she joins with great dreams about the college, the kind of facilities available in the college, etc. So, in your opinion, what do you think quality education is? Is it just the education obtained by reading/writing books, just following the curriculum? What extra thing should a college/university do to improve the stnadard of the students?
