Finding cheap items on ebay

Recently, I've been a lighter fanatic. I bought a torch-flame lighter from ebay for under $10 (that includes shipping!), and I was so impressed that I sought more [cheap!] lighters. I did an advanced search for buy-it-nows and sorted by price. Lo-and-behold, a bunch of 99 cent items.... with outrageous $10+ shipping costs. RAWR! After many pages of results, I found some cheapies for $3.99 (includes the $1 shipping, hah..hah..). Anyways, after suffering so much to find such a nice deal on a jet lighter, I proceeded to suffer some more by looking for other cheap items... Stupid shipping!!! Stupid sellers! ARGGGH, IT DOES NOT COST $20 TO SHIP A TINY KEYCHAIN LIGHT!!! So, any tips on finding cheap items (under $10 or so, the cheaper the better--I'm an impulse buyer) on ebay? I've tried searching for items with free shipping, but the prices on those are inflated, of course. Thanks! :]
