when does a woman making the 1st move, become a bad move?

It is a bad move it the man that she is interested in is not interested in the same manner back. You just end up looking foolish. When it comes to matters of the flesh and heart, it is always wise to think 1st and read his signals before you react. Take your time and be patient. If it is meant to be, it will happen when the timing is right! Good Luck
